2. Expect to make plenty of mistakes along the way because it happens. Your players aren’t judging you and it will get easier as time goes on.
3. Always have a Session 0 to go over house rules and other things. If you want to make a plot into the session just don’t have any actual combat just to bring the group together. I did a murder mystery and it gives the players a chance to level up.
4. If the players are experienced start at level three. If they’re new start at level one.
5. Get ready to improvise plenty because sometimes your players aren’t going to do what you would expect.
